The Bobcats showed everyone that they were ready for the rugged competition in the South Western Buckeye League by finishing in fourth place with a league record of 4 wins and 3 losses. Their total season's record was 8 wins and 7 losses. The Bobcats got off to a rather shaky start as they won only two games in the first seven encounters, but they bounced back and swept six games out of the remaining eight with impressive victories over Brookville, Oakwood, and an 18-point victory over a powerful West Carrollton quintet.
