Oar dirst Steps In September 1939 the boys in vocational agri- culture formed a chapter of Future Farmers of America and the girls in Home Economics formed a chapter of Future Homemakers of America. In October 1940 many other clubs and organi- zations were formed. These organizations furnished opportunities to a 1 1 students for practice in and development of leadership as well as help in solving their personal and social problems.
