Present Commander Hunter - Killer Foroe Atlantic Fleet Rear Admiral Charles S. Minter, Jr., USN, served on the staff, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, as Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Plans and Policy prior to his assignment as Commander Hunter-Killer Force, Atlantic Fleet, Admiral Minter is no stranger to RANDOLPH, serving aboard as Assistant Air Officer and later, as Air Officer during World War ll.
