Minter, Jr., USN, served on the staff, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, as Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Plans and Policy prior to his assignment as Commander Hunter-Killer Force, Atlantic Fleet, Admiral Minter is no stranger to RANDOLPH, serving aboard as Assistant Air Officer and later, as Air Officer during World War ll.
