Tribute To . . In appreciation to a teacher who helped us to get a start in the right direction in the beginning of our high school years, we, the Senior Class of Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-Six, sincerely dedicate this, the twenty-third volume of the RENDEZVOUS to Mrs. Lucile Newlin.Mrs. Newlinwas willing to unselfishly give her time, interest, and patience to make sure that each of us would find his place in Randleman High School. She worked constantly to inspire us to develop the best of our abilities. This untiring interest in us has never waned, for Mrs. Newlin has continued to be an inspiration to the Seniors in the editing of this year ' s annual. It was only by her encour¬ agement and unfailing help that the 1966 RENDEZVOUS was published. To her we owe an unrepayable debt of gratitude. Honoring . . . MRS. LUCILE NEWLIN

We Pay In appreciation to a teacher who has given us an un¬ forgettable friendship, we, the Senior Class of Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-Six, sincerely dedicate this, the twenty-third volume of the RENDEZVOUS to Miss Ruby Gray. Miss Gray has taken an interest in all of our prob¬ lems. Whether they were large or small, each were equally important to her. She gave us understanding and built up our courage to face the hardships of life. She shared our joys with delight and our tears with comfort. We grew to depend upon her guidance which she always gave so patiently. Miss Gray inspired us to set our goals high, and unselfishly gave her help to insure our reaching them. She has taught us much to add to our knowledge, but far more important, she has helped to develop a better character in each of us.
