They Understand Us MRS. PEGGY BUNTING MRS. ERSELL YORK Mrs. Bunting is a familiar sight to the students at Randleman High. She devotes her time to those awkward fingers that refuse to type. Mrs. Bunting teaches Typing I and II, Basic Business, and Secretarial Office Practice. In her first year here, Mrs. York is already showing her versatility by teaching Shorthand, Bookkeeping, General Math, andTypingl. She is a most pleasant addition to our teaching staff. 22

TEACHERS . . . They Help Us MISS ARNETHA MANNING MR. A. A. WALL Serving as a Jack-of-all-trades , Mr. Lineberry merits everyone ' s gratitude. He teaches Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen - and does it with patience unlimited. French I, Economics Sociology, U. S. His¬ tory, and Government all get his special touch. Miss Manning, a new addition to the faculty, does an excellent job as librarian. She also teaches both U.S. and World History and English I. An old friend to the students is Mr. Wall. It is to him students turn when the big question, What shall I be? , arises. Besides being our Guidance Counselor, Mr. Wall teaches World History. 21

MR. CHARLES GREGORY MR. JOE BROOKSHIRE They Guide Us Tennis, anyone? Teaching Physical Education I and II, and General Math, Mr. Brookshire is a familiar face at R.H.S. He is very well-known to the Football, Baseball, and Girls ' Basketball teams, which he coaches. Mr. Gregory, who is in constant debt to the clip¬ board manufacturers, is coach of the Football, Track, and Boys ' Basketball teams. U.S. History, Physical Edu¬ cation, and World History are the subjects that he in¬ structs. 23
