ARTICLE I To Mr. Cromartie, our principal, we leave our appreciation for his guidance through our high school years. ARTICLE II To Mrs. Montgomery and Mr. Austin, our senior sponsors, we leave our love and thanks for guiding our steps each day for a better future. ARTICLE III To the other teachers, may we express our gratitude for helping each ofus to become seniors. ARTICLE IV To the juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen, we leave the responsibility for each of them to use their educational opportunities now. ARTICLE V We bequeath to individuals the following items: I, I-IILDA ALLRED, leave my ability of talking incessantly to everyone in the halls to lla jean johnson, and my height to Sylvia Blake. I, VALASTRA ALLRED, leave my place behind the ice cream box to my sister Irene, and my place at the radiator to the freshmen who unsuccessfully tried to take it this year. I, FAYE AUMAN, leave my seat in shorthand to anyone whotakes it, wishing him better luck than I had. I, DOYLE BATTEN, leave my ability to get into detention hall to jimmy Hamlet, and a book of detention notices to Mr. Edwards. I, NAN RICE BEAN, leave my position on the basketball team to Faye Cooley, hoping she will fill the position better than I did. I, OTIS Mustard BRAMMER, leave my superlative to Guy Steed, my path up the road to Bill Lineberry, and my ability to get along with Mr. Edwards to Johnny Walls. I, BRENDA BROWN, leave my title of Most Studious to jean julian. I, SYLVIA BURROW, leave anything I have forgotten to anyone who can find it. I, EMOGENE COLTRANE, leave my ability to talk and laugh in Mr. Wall's Economics Class to anyone who likes to have a lot of fun. I, BRENDA CORNWELL, leave my art of blushing to Larry Allred. We, MARGARET COX and NANCY RUSSELL, leave Mr. Wall a quiet class, and leave our positions at our radiator to anyone who can think of ways to pester the whole school. I, SANDRA DAVIS, leave my title of Most Typical to anyone who can compose himself enough to act like a senior, and my place in the Junior and Senior plays to my sister Minkey. I, SUE DENNIS, leave my title to my sister Brenda, and leave my place at the radiator for my sister Shirley and her gang. I, WALTER DENNIS, leave because I want to get an education. I, JUDITH EVANS, leave my ability to go four years without a detention slip to my brother Kenneth. I, TONY EWING, leave my ability to drive Bus 84 to anyone who can drive it, and my place as pitcher on the baseball team to anyone who is left-handed and can pitch.
