Rainbo is ne nam Human Relations plus Student Organization of United Love, equals Rainbow Club. This club was formed to involve members of both previ- ous clubs in similar activities. The advisors were Claudette Whitson and Susan Deluca. There were approximately 60 in the club, led by President Dorothy Strong. The Rainbow Club participated in many dif- ferent activities. They caroled at the North Las Vegas Hospital to add Christmas cheer to patients, entered the Bug Race in Homecoming, helped in preparing the Black History Week activities including a poster and poem contest, fashion show, and candidates for King and Queen. They also enjoyed a trip to the moun- tains.
