Sophs are active Sophomore Class Advisors: Robert Simpson, Modene Reed. The highlight for the Sophomores this year was their contribution to the Homecoming parade with their float. Under the direction of Alice Lozano, class president, and other offi- cers, Sophomores spent many hours after school building their float. Efforts were rewarded with a first place trophy. The title of their float was, Seventy-nine is fine. The sophomore class has shown enthusiasm and spirit which will help the other classes with the fact that they all need to help each other. We hope to have the best Sophomore Class, commented Alice Lozano. Throughout the year, the sophomore class has sponsored many activities, such as a winter sledding trip for all interested students, car washes, dances, button and candy sales. , H, ,,,,, , -WH .-... ....
