The Art Guild meets on Thursday nights, The members large and small Gather in their favorite room To paint poster, stage, or hall They make assemblies, draw the sets And work from dusk to dawn They scrub the floors and paint the doors Mr. Peterson leads them on. It really is an elite group As you are sure to find And if you think of joining it I wouldn't change your mind. You'll only have to bring a brush A full five inches wide, A baggy sheet that's guaranteed To cover, itch, and hide. The members may be wacky But I cannot tell a lie, I'm awfully glad I get to join Art Guild, Rancho High.
