GARY POOL Preszdent MRS FLORENCE JONES Advisor MR BURTON ANDERSON Advzsor Ladies and Gentlemen entering the main ring from the north entrance are the STAR PERFORMERS' all eyes turn the spotlights swing to the ring and fall glittering on the STARS beautiful costumes a crash of music the trapeze glides through the air and the act lS on polished movements and breathtaking routines thrill the audience to an awed silence a triple flip climaxes the never to be forgotten performance the roll of drums as the spotlights dim slowly featuring the Stars in a final bow Are those blankets the Seniors are carrying? Yes the Seniors have started a new trend in tradition relaxing on the Senior Sacred Area during the noon hour As the noon bell rings the group leaves their comfortable positions to return to class after emptying their crammed lockers on wing C and D of many books. The conversation between classes like Government and History would probably be Well thats the last straw-lets go see Mr. Ward, or Hey Lover wait for me or most often heard What a class meeting this morning! Boy it s a wonder we got out alive! fah-huml The class meetings were live ones-in fact rather explosive. Yet despite its many difficult obstacles the Class was a successful working organ in its final year at Rancho under the leadership of its capable officers and advisors. Active in school government athletics and publications the class managed to find time to produce a wonderful play Distinction and Recognition Day Mixer Senior Ball and Assembly. Climaxing the wonderful hectic year the Seniors received their diplomas in breath-taking green and white caps and gowns in the Rancho gym. The first graduating class has many precious memories which will remain vivid for many years to come. V
