Twelve Presiclenliol Classroom students spent one week in Washington D.C. tour- ing the Capitol and listening to lectures. A Presi- dential Classroom for Young Americans is a pro- gram offered to juniors and seniors. This program is a nationwide classroom in which the students are able to meet other people from all over the United States. The program also includes seeing such sights as the Washington Monument, the White House, Smithsonian Institute, the Penta- gon, the Senate and the Capitol Building. The students were able to listen to wellknown military leaders, Senators and the Supreme Court Justice who explained the functions of their positions and answered student questions.
