Under the direction of Coach .lohn Callard. Rancho placed third in a seven team league. Several performers established themselves as Varsity prospects for next year. Most of these men were either backs or ends. The IV,s were paced by halfback Richard Remmelg behind his running, the Vaqs compiled a 2-l-1 record. At that point in the season, Remmel was brought up to a starting Varsity position. Two of Rancho's wins after Remmels departures were forfeits. This season was no exception. Rancho went through its second straight undefeated season, winning its second straight Freeway League Championship.
