TPR: Xf- YN-1 Pl! Q 1 Day Affer omorrow . . . This book will mean a great deal to you in the years to come - in all the Days After Tomorrow. It will represent one of your high school years, and if all that they say is true, that reason alone should make this yearbook something special. Though This annual be one among several on your shelf, I hope that you will keep it always and in the suc- ceeding years look Through its pages with thoughtfulness and pride. The T960 El Conquistador represents The T960 Rancho of which you are a part. Now I would like to thank my wonderful staff for all their hard work and patience - and for putting up with me. Joyce, as associate editor, you've given me many a boost when I needed it. Working with you this year has added much pleasure to my iob, and I sincerely feel that l've made a lasting friendship. Thanks for setting such a fine ex- ample, I'Il try to match it next year. DeeiAnn, this year has been a rough one for you as the only non-senior on the staff, but I hope that you've enjoyed it and maybe learned something about putting out an annual. I wish you all the luck and success possible next year as editor of the T961 El Conquistador. Barb and Sharri, you've been wonderful too, and I'lI bet you're as relieved as I am that it's all over. Thanks for everything, I also want to especially thank you, Mike Robinson. You've had a double load this year with both the newspaper and the yearbook, but the job you did on the sports section was great, nevertheless. The extra evenings and Saturdays you spent either taking pictures or developing them has meant a great deal to the success of our book. Now, last but, as the saying goes, not least, thanks Pat and Jo. Without you two land your adsl we would not have been able to publish this book. So as you would say, It's been real . . There are many other people who have given much of their time and effort to assist us this year. I want to thank all of them very sincerely. Among them are Gayle Speaks who designed our cover, Victor Balderama who did our letter- ing, Mr. Bassham and his commercial art class, Mr. Beem of Roberts Studio, and Pat Cornish, who spent so much time typing our copy. Also Marsha Lynds and Allison Vick, for donating their time to type and help out in general, Judge Morrison, Com- mander Bardzik, Mr. AI Miller, Mark Hendrickson, and Mr. L. A. Brewer, for their assistance with our division pages, the boys in The dark room -4 Jerry Mansen and Tom Robinson, our photographers, Mike Robinson and Lcmy Anderson, our publisher, Mr. Hubbell of Yearbooks, Inc., Monrovia, Mr. Caywood, of S. K. Smith Covers, and, of course, Miss Betty Coxson, our advisor. I couldn't begin to mention all she has done, any more than I could ever fully show my appreciation to her. Without you, Miss Coxson, there would be no T960 El Conquistador. Thanks again to everyone and bye Tor now, Cbvx.J
