Qur Aclminfsfrafors June, 1960, marks the end of Mr. Richard L. Bivin's third year as Prin- cipal of Rancho Alarnitos. He pre- viously served us as Vice Principal under Mr. Don Kennedy's adminis- tration. Under his leadership this year, Rancho has undertaken a self-eval- uation to determine the strengths and weaknesses of our educational program. A graduate of both Arizona State University and the University of Southern California, Mr. Bivin is an outstanding man. This fact is recog- nized by not only us students, but also the citizens of our town as well, for he was selected as Garden Grove's-Man of the Year by the Junior Chamber of Commerce.
