Mrs. Josephine Aten coordinated program on campus with efforts of local Kiwanis Club. Mike Reedy checks over collection of bottles which were Ron Geyor brought honors to Rancho by winning Lions sold to aid American Field Service program. Over 200 Club speech contest, students took part in bottle drive. -rf'

BASKETBALL TROPHY WINNERS hold awards they received at second annual basketball banquet. Fran' left, Dick Turner was Most Valuable Player of the Dees, Phil Olsen was Most Valuable Player of the Cees. Bill Moriarity holas varsity Most Improved Player award, Dave Brown was Most inspirational, Bob Yoshioka was tabbed Best Offensive Player, and Don Moriarity was named Best Defensive Player to round out varsity awards. Ray Dymond received the Most Valuable Player award for the Bees and George Cook was named Most Improved Player of the Bees. ON THE BRIDGE AT MlDNlGHT, an old-fashioned melodrama, was the first Senior Class play to be given at Rancho. Cast and crew included: front-Blair McCarthy, Darrelene Peacock, Sandy Stokke, Marilyn Greenlee, Barbara Allen, Jill Elliott, Lynn Myers, Valerie Young, Susan Reynolds, and Sharon Erickson.
