Some of the courses included are lapidary the polishing and grinding of rocksg taxidermy the preservation of animalsg and astronomy, a study of the stars. Changes have been made in the biology, phys- ics, and chemistry sections. The biology classes have been divided into ap- plied and general. The applied course is for those who do not wish to go further into the science field in college or as a profession. Because of the added interest, the school has added one more chemistry room to provide for the expanding size of classes. Two physics rooms have also been added. One is used as a laboratory and one as a lecture room.
