We chose the s1te and set our stake. When we approached Mr. Stokes, he answered, 'Let us thmk lt over.' After a few days, we met agam and Mr. Stokes gave us th1s an swer, 'We have dec1ded that we w1l1 glve you the sectlon ' After the contract was let and everyth1ng was 1n read1 ness, Mr. Stokes was delegated by the board to turn the f1rst shovel of d1rt, wh1ch was the beg1nn1ng of the new R.
