Last Ol and Sestament We, the Senior Class of nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, realizing that our days at our old Alma Mater are numbered, and being of reasonably sound mind, do make and bequeath this our last will and testament. ARTICLE I To our parents, we bequeath our love and appreciation throughout our twelve years at Ramseur High. ARTICLE II To our principal and our faculty, we say a grateful ''Thank you for their patience, guidance and undying efforts through the years. ARTICLE If To the Juniors, we bequeath our title Dignified Seniors, ’ our chapel seats, our regrets for the opportunities we have lost, and our resolutions we didn't keep. ARTICLE IV To the Sophomores, we bequeath our titles brilliant and 'intelligent'' in hopes that some day it may be of value to them. Class S S Power being vested in us as class prophets, we have heretofore taken into consideration the past twelve years at R. H. S. andhavedevisedthis prophecy in due respect to the positions that the below listed, in all probability, will take in life. Billy York is head of the North Carolina State High- way Patrol. Kathy Cross and Kathryn Nelson are the leading hairdressers at their famous beauty salon in Rabbitts' Crossroads. Harris Marley is presently singing bass for the Harvesters Quartet. Sally Goldston heads the French Department at A, T. College. Clifford Cooper is the proud owner of the world's only Hemi-powered Honda. Don Gaddy is still sailing the Seven Seas in his pale green, three masted schooner. Susan Bodsford and Linda Bray have become famous as North Carolina's leading psychologists. They are best known for their ability to reason out all the wrong answers. Chigger ’ Chriscoe and Wayne Harvell have become arch rivals in the professional basketball leagues. Chigger is the star forward for the Philadelphia 76'ers, while Wayne lends his talents to the Boston Celtics. Susan Davis has opened her own chain of coffee houses with the majority of them at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Eddie Leonard, in his power-packed G. T. O., now holds the record for the fastest time at Daytona Race- way. Karen Burgess and Rita Langley have become the most famous go-go-girls ever to be featured at the Peppermint Lounge in New York City. Frankie McAlister recently hit the five million mark with his new record, The last we heard, sales were still rising. Patricia Brown and Peggy Coleman are known as the toughest bookkeeping professors on the campus of Erect Tech. Jimmy Overman presently holds the world's record for the Marathon Run. Thad Hardin is Ramseur's leading marriage coun- selor. But it is to his very capable assistant, Jean Nelson, that he gives credit for his great success. David Cain has become the first man to take the Millbow Curve at 80 mph and live to tell about it. Evelyn Wilhite took her study of Shakespeare seriously. She is presently engaged in the Broadway production of ROMEO AND JULIET. Her career has been greatly boosted by her agents, Larry Cassidy and Tracy Brower. Faye Leonard and Josephine Briles are busy these days rearing their families. Yrophecy Larry Moody and Franklin Langley make their living as pool sharps in the many pool halls of Chicago. Ada Hall has become famous across the country with her daily column on advice to the love lorn. Dale Nichols is still serving time in the county jail for throwing snowballs at important people. He never could control those impulses. Steve Caviness heads achain of drive-in restaurants located in Liberty, Siler City, and Asheboro. Eddie Tucker is owner of the now famous Sugar Shack located on the Gene Fox plantation. Jo Ann Parnell has just been elected mayor of Black Ankle, North Carolina. She will go down in history as the town's first lady mayor. Carnell Goldston replaced Bart Starr as the famed quarterback for the Greenbay Packers. Kenneth Conrad checks the identification cards of all who approach the rock crusher. Nancy Shaw is serving as head of the Physical Education Department at U. N. C. G. Frankie Farrar has just been reported as becoming the first man to take away Cassius Clay's title as the World's Heavy-Weight Champion, Neil Allen presently holds the position as Principal of the Ramseur Consolidated High School. They say he is doing quite well with his new secretary, Judy Over- man. Terry Smith has discovered the art of combining work and pleasure. He is not only the President of Harley-Davidson, Inc., but also their number one test driver. The R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. just recently changedits name to Reynolds-Carmac, Inc. We always knew Darrell would go far with his tobacco. Heading the accounting department of the new firm are Brenda Heilig and Gracie Richardson, Judy Stokes and Brenda Stuart have gone into seclu- sion on an islandin the South Pacific. The last we heard, they were quite happy there. Johnny Murray and Harvey Wood have become Greensboro's leading contractors since their brick- layings days at Ramseur High. Susan Gibson and Glenda McMahon do the hiring and firing of all waitresses under the employment of Howard Johnson. Charles Caraway runs his own hair-dressing shop for men at A, C.
