CLASS PROPHESY One bright summer afternoon, while taking my daily nap,a picture vaguely came before my mind. After look- ing closely, I caught a glimpse of the future, the year of 1961 to be exact. As the phases moved on some faces came Into view. Of oourse as these faces became clear- er I realized they were none other than those fhces of the graduating olass of 1951 As the scenes rolled by a strange; but wonderful thing came Into my view. It was a farm near Ramona and who could it be but Mrs. Joseph Manthey (Caroline Beyer) picking eggs with three little Mantheye hanging on her apron strings. She seemed to be quite contented wiping each of their noses As the scenes passed, Marvin Ellertson, the only senior boy,oame before my eyes. Marvin must like to be a lone wolf for he is still a baohelor; but he has eyes on a certain girl that was two years behind him in school. Marvin lives on a farm by Ramona and everything on this farm is run by atomic controls. Then all at once I heard a beautiful soprano voice and who oould it be but Mrs. Yernon Lebahn (Rose Mary Rensoh). They have a brand new home on the outskirts of San Franclco. I thought it was about time for the picture to come to an end but their was still one senior girl left, Ardath Lingle. Ardath is now Mrs. Lewis Neseelm. She arid her husband were proudly displaying their set of twins os their farm near Lake Preston. I was so interested in the future of these wonderful classmates that I had lost track of time. But these images and thoughts oame to an end when my Mother cal- led for me.
