Points at Issue Unbelievable advancements have been made in the last two- hundred years. Engineering, the sciences and architecture have progressed rapidly. However, we have suffered a few side effects. Smog, pollution and over-popu- lation are among some of the by- products of progress. These con- troversial subjects, and others, are present in our community. Now let’s take a look at some of our students’ viewpoints.
