DEDICATION We the Journalism Class of 1954, hereby dedicate El Ano of 1954 to BETTY B . PRICE who has worked closely with the students of Ramona High for the past two years. We deeply appreciate the long extra hours, spent helping to raise funds, and to edit the annual and the R-Hi-Times. Through her work as A.S.B. advisor Mrs. Price has become a true and loyal friend to each and every student. We thank you for making our trip through Ramona High School a pleasant one.

 FORWARD Fasten your seat belts, and prepare to blast off. We are about to take our first trip into outer space to look over its many wonders. Saturn, shooting stars, and mighty space men will greet you as you make your journey into “Our Universe”. The theme “Our Universe” will carry you through- out the pages of this book to relive the year 1953-54, and to immortalize it for the years to come. This theme also signifies the future, the greatness of a growing world and its treasures that are laid at our feet as we step into space.
