CLASS OF ’55 The Junior class started off right away making money for the Prom by having a bake sale and by selling pop at the football games. We received our rings early in the year, and the Seniors were kind enough to let us wear our class sweaters when they came in February. Other money raising projects were a Valentine’s Dance at Bulldog Hall and a movie for which we sold tickets. We tried selling hotdogs at basketball games, but that didn’t work, so we sold popcorn instead. As soon as Second Semester officers were installed, and we had received our beige and brown sweaters, the class started making plans for the Prom, which was held in May. That was the biggest event of the year for us, and now we are looking forward to being Seniors in 1955.
