There was a class compeTiTion aT lunch. QuiTe appropriaTeIy, iT was a Three-legged race. The Seniors won anoTher polnT for Their class. On Tuesday, Ramona was invaded by a herd of nerds! There was a nerd conTesT aT lunch. BuTch Casas and Robin BurnmeisTer were named King and Queen nerd. In Honor of l?amona's 30Th Homecoming, Wednesday was 50'sfHippies day. STudenTs dressed up in sTyles from Their TavoriTe decade. AT lunch, Tammi Cooke, Supervisor of Performing ArTs, inTroduced and inTerviewed The Homecoming candidaTes. On Thursday, Ramona wenT on a l'Surfin' Safari. Everyone dressed up in Their beach aTTire and hiT The sandy beaches of Ramona High. The carnival was held during 6Th period and afTer school. Many clubs were represenTed and many money spenaers supporTed Them. We kicked off Friday, blue and whiTe day wiTh a pep rally. The rally was The besT in years. Everyone was exciTea abouT The upcoming evenTs. The parade sTarTed down Magnolia Ave. aT 2:30 p.m. All The classes parTicipaTed. As usual, The largesT club on campus, Masauers, made an excellenT showing. Pep squad and B.S.U were also represenTed in The parade. The pre-game show began aT 7:00 p.m. The floaTs and candidoTes paraded around The field as The sTadium filled up. Kick off was aT 7:30 p.m. sharp. IT was an exciTing game unTil The very end. Ramona evenTually came ouT in TronT. AT half-Time, The queen and princesses were inTroduced. RighT afTer The game, The happening dance begui i. ll was one of The mosT successful dances ever!
