After completion of Recruit Training and Gunner's Mate NAU School at Great Lakes, IL, Chief Quinones reported to the precommisioning detachment for USS CARTER HALL CLSD-505 in New Orleans LA. While Onboard CARTER HALL he was command advanced to Petty Officer Second Class. On March 1999, Chief Quinones transferred from Carter Hall to Fire Controlman Av School with followion orders to Close In Weapons System CH Schogl, In June 2000, Chief Quinones reported onboard to USS ROBERT G BRADLEY CFFG-495 were he served as Leading Petty Officer for CF Division. Lioumis LTLiliama Lioumis, originally from Little Elm, TX, earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University in 2002. After 6 months in Newport, RI for Surface Warfare Officer School, she reported onboard USS O7BRIEN as the Electrical Officer. While onboard, she achieved her SWO qualification and was the acting Chief Engineer for the 6 weeks leading up to Decommissioning. D g Lt. Lioumis then reported to USS DUBUQUE CLPD 85 as the Navigator. During her tour, she qualified as Engineer Officer of the Watch and applied and was accepted into the Early Roller Department Head program.
