SSS Sphinx Service Sisters is a girls' club of R.E. It is lead by the offi- cers and cabinet heads. At the beginning of the year ten honorary members are elected and the Freshmen received Big Sisters, fSrs.J. Their service to the commu- nity includes visiting orphanages, nursing homes, and collecting food for Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets. For themselves, the club has a slumber party with the tradi- tional induction of the new mem- bers. They also sponsor a hayride, a winter and spring formal and several money-making projects. Their officers are: Pam Johnson - Pres., Lynn Russell - Vice Pres., Susan Baskin -- Sec.-Treas..
