A long standing tradition at REHS is the hot chocolate and do-nut sales. Who else but the SAE girls dare arrive at school at 6:15 on Thursday mornings to prepare for this treat? Some SAE members give up their free periods to be a teacher's assistant in the elementary school. This is quite an expe- rience, both rewarding and baffling at times. The two major projects of the SAE are performing services for the small children at the Easter Day Care Center. At Christ- mas, members take stockings, treats, and plenty of carolers. At Easter, SAE has a bright pink bunny to arrive with treats for all the children. For teachers, the SAE holds a REHS Teachers' Treat Ctop rightj in October. The elementary teachers who have SAE assistants are honored with a tea at the end of school. 7
