On that night, no one would have believed that David Pape would be the director of the Cadillac Automobile Association. Yes, he has come a long way in the past years. ' Further on down the road I stop for a second at a red stop light, Almost as a coin- cidence, I notice that to my right is a sign which reads, Ridgway's Meat Market . There are Ridgway stores in nearly every city in Washington now, In fact, I have heard that Noel is thinking of buying out Safeway and consolidating it with his Meat Market, I still have about 1 112 hours before I reach the office of my employer, Mr, Rocke- feller, at 232 South Meridian in Rainier, Washington, There has been a big growth in our home town. The population has become greater too: from 300 to 3000, The traffic light has turned green and I pull the car over to the curb and walk inside Ridgway's Market, As I walk through this huge store, I see someone whom I have not seen for quite a while. Loretta is walking along the other side of the market. When I spoke to her, she invited me to her quaint little cottage on Miller's Bluff, behind Rainier. Yes, her drearrs have come true, she looked very happy! Together we walk on through the market and we see an advertisement that catches our eye, Warner's Dairy Products. TheY are sold all over the West Coast. But then, we always new Ralph Warner would be a success some day. Ijust remember that I have a scratch on my car door that I have to get sanded, so I drive my car to Morry's Garage. He is the best known mechanic in the state. After this minor repair job is completed, I continue on past Mitchell Hotel and on to my job. Written by : Donna Gauthier 10 E .il 5 . w 'H ig: L. L. lr 3 F1 E!
