If it doesn't suit every- one the results can be very painful. But with the co-operation of many of the RUHS students, this small group sees to it that the annual is published every year. These students see to it that our school is run according to the principles of the School Board and Principal of RUHS. They also amend the constitution of our school if they think that it is undemo- cratic. A representative from every organization, class, and club makes up the Student Council. We all feel that the Student Council has done its best in carrying out the laws of our school.
