A new style, a new adviser and a talented staff worked closely together as the Viking Shield strove to meet the high expecta- tions of the past years. With the experience of the adviser, Mar- sha Piercey, the staff enthusiasti- cally faced the 86-87 school year with hopes. First of all, some changes were made. The traditional Shield became the Viking Shield. The next change was in their format.
