When students gather, many times they talk about their school and its administration. Rainier Beach's chief administrator is often the center of conversation, for he is more dearly thought of than most other principals because of his obvious concern for the students, faculty and community as well. In speaking with lVlr. lVleans, l began to understand his involvement in his job. When faced with the student teacher problems here, he was fully open minded and often spent many hours with the student leaders working to achieve a peaceful union. lt would be impossible for the layman to recognize the responsibilities that our principal has fulfilled. We here at Rainier Beach are proud to put a claim to the man who has sacrificed so much for so many. For this we cannot express our thankfulness to you, lVlr. IVleans.
