CLASS POEM Dream Garden In the garden all is stilled, Bathed in brilliant moon-light. The spring air is perfumed filled By flowers sleeping through the night. Little fireflles fllt and shine, Flashing and fading at will-- Up in the yellow Jasmine vine-- Dovm by the daffodil. A Quiet,awed, and thoughtful, too, We seniors oelehrate. We know the time will soon arrive When we must separate. We're not only dreaming of days ahead But of days we're leaving behind, Of the carefree school life we have lead With sorrows and pleasures combined- As we sit in this sweet-scented garden of flowers, Planning a future for this world of ours, May our Father in Heaven hear us.
