I am happy about the change in attitude at Radford. The college is becoming student oriented. The administration has respect and concern for students because the students have accepted responsibility and are willing to work for the college. For many years, students have asked for the freedom and opportunity to show that they were capable of making good decisions. That opportunity has been made possible during the 1972-73 session, and although what I say here was expressed in November, I'm optomistic that when it is read in June that our students will have met the challenge with great success.
