The musical experience in each grade includes listening, performance (class and public), creating and learning and die relation of these activities should lead to a satisfactory musical understanding and enjoyment if the student will take advantage of the opportunity provided. Part-singing is introduced so that a student may learn to read music and then the qualified ones can participate in Glee Club upon entering high school. Students elected to sing in the Glee Club and various vocal groups have the opportunity to sing semi-classical and classical music and to appear in concert performance before the public. Our Glee Club concert for Christmas was given December 18, 1958. It was a mixed concert with the band participating in half the performance . The Glee Club also has a spring concert held at Easter Time. At left the Glee Club is shown at practice for their Christmas Concert.
