One Night Love Affair The MORP, a reverse of the Prom, was a great success this year. The dance is a run-off of the Prom only everything is turned around. The girls ask their favorite guy and treat them to an evening of fun. Many couples wore matching t-shirts or sweatshirts. The night begins with a dinner at a fast- food restaurant or anywhere they choose to go. The dance this year was arranged, sponsored, and decorated by student council. The main hall was full of pink, red, and white balloons. The theme for the dance was One night Love Af- fair. The musical Brigadoon, begins with two American hunters, Jeff Doug- las, and Tommy Albright, who get lost in the highlands of Scotland and stumble on the village of Brigadoon, which, thanks to a miracle, appears only one day out of 100 years. Tommy falls in love with Fiona, a Brigadoon villager, and then must decide wheth- er to stay with her, or go back to America with Jeff. Through singing and dancing the play reaches its conclusion which is ... he stayed in Brigadoon with his true love.
