Tcreign Language €pen House Entering the room, one feels as if he has been transported across the ocean. Are you in France? Spain? Germany? Ancient Rome? No! You ' re at Snider ' s Annual Foreign Language Christmas Open Housel Every year, the foreign language students decorate their classrooms in the tradition of the country whose language they study. Each student also makes a project with a Christmas theme for this popular event. The cafeteria is the scene of the traditional dances of the various countries. Dances such as the Can Can represent French culture, while the other countries are represented by their own traditional dances. Singing goes on all evening in all four languages in the main hall. The public is invited, and more people come to enjoy this Snider holiday tradition every year.
