OThers, including Seniors Tim Brown, Ken Carlson, and KenT Oberlin, were involved in a leadership work- shop To prepare Them To meeT all The challenges of being an acTive sTudenT-council officer. While There she parficipafed in The usual camp acTiviTies, such as swimming, sailing, and drama producTions. Popular vacaTion spoTs lasT sum- mer were: King's Island Amusemenf Park in CincinnaTi, Ohio, area lakes, and The World's Fair in Knoxville, Tennessee. Snider Teacher, Joe Miller chaperoned a group of Snider sTudenTs on a Three day excursion To The World's Fair. STudenTs agree ThaT once school is ouT They usually don'T have Too many regreTs. They appreciaTe no alarm ringing aT 6 o'clock in The morning, no due assignmenTs, and loads of free Time To do as They please. On The oTher hand, many also feel ThaT by The end of vacaTion, They are usually ready To go back. Senior ScoTT ShorT puT iT This way, 'il was ready To go back To school To see The friends I hadn'T seen all summer. Surprisingly, relaTionships beTween friends don'T suffer because of vaca- Tion.
