Broaden Educational Opportunities 1T! FWIf The Regional Vocational Center has provided new opportunities for students who want to develop trades in specific areas such as engineering, nursing, auto mechanics, or construction work, in addition to academic work. Through a joint effort between students, teachers, and administration better ways of instructing the classes are always being found. It makes each year just as interesting as the first year it was taught. In the fall of 1971, the Fort Wayne Community School System began integration. In 1972, because of overcrowding in junior highs in the area, Snider experienced its first and only Freshman class.
