Graduation 1974 LEFT: Student Council President, Mark TInnm, gives his farewell address to seniors at the assembly held Thursday evening, May 30. Mark enumerated the accompiishments of the Council. He also said that he thought this year had the highest achieving Council. ABOVE: These students received awards for their academic excellence for their three years at Snider. BELOW: Hoosier Scholar Toni Anderson tells a joke to unappreciative Tim Becker and Sherry Allendorph. The big day came for four hundred eighty-one seniors on June 2. Val- edictorian, Cindy Diller and Salutato rian, Diane Bergoch addressed the graduating students. Mr. Jerry O. Petrie and IVlr. Lester Grile offered their congratulatory re- marks. President Matt Kennelly led graduates in the tassle ceremony, symbolic of the end of twelve signifi- cant years, but also, a new beginning. As the seniors recess- ed, caps vere thrown in jubilation.
