This year many changes came about that helped to make the school better for everyone. For the first time in a year, students were allowed to promote school spirit through pep rallies. Everyone an- ticipated the days when they could cheer for their class and show their school spirit. With the comeback of pep rallies there had to be a time when they could be held. This was solved by doing away with the homeroom period. Announcements went on during period two. Period 4 was an hour and 10 minutes long to compensate for assemblies. Some finished homework that they had not done the night before, while others caught up on the latest gossip. Some even tried to peek through windows to see friends who did not have the same lunch period. However, their attempts failed when campus monitors told them to get out of the hall.
