These records offer a variety of classical, semi-classical, and popular selections. A Christmas party and dance, complete with refreshments and all the trimmings, high- lighted the year's activities. VISITS LOCAL DAILY, SPONSORS LECTURE SERIES Studying the history of the printing press and the origin of the newspaper in high schools, members of Paschals Press Club also undertook a heavy schedule of service by compiling the school's student directory and sponsoring lectures by local featured newspaper writers. Visiting the Star-Telegram along with the Iournalism classes, the aspiring members of the fourth estate followed the production of a daily to gain pointers in their work on Paschal's weekly Pantherette. Mrs. fda Belle Hicks, noted columnist, lectured to the students at a special appearance last fall. Club members were served refreshments and, as usual, participated in ct journalistic quiz on current affairs. mo 111111,
