Planning lessons, grad- ing papers, sponsoring clubs, and most of all setting examples for their stu- dents are among the many duties of a member of our faculty. YiiiQN f.., l X il p I , As the wa rning bell sounded in the morning, the halls of Turner High were filled with the sounds of locker doors being slammed and hurried conversations as we rushed to our first-period classes . This was the start of a busy' day of classes, study hall periods , five-minute rushes between class- es, tests,, quizzes, and allthe things that made a typical day at T. H. S. Fights with gnats, sitting on hard seats, making the three-mile hike to cars in the parking lot , and fighting to keep back the Carr-- in the Alma Mater were some never-to-be- forgotten memories of our days in Turner High School.
