In Memoriam On January 9, to a friends' house Ihad gone When daddy called me and said you better hurry on home. I asked him why and all that he said, James had a wreck and is almost dead. I came on home to find all had gone. To an Arkansas hospital where his last breath was drawn. The doctors worked hard, but it was all in vain. For no longer in this earth does his body remain. He really isn't dead, he's at his home in the sky, And if we trust in God we'll meet him on high I'll never forget his smile so sweet He dressed real nice, his clothes fit to a T And his hair in a crewcut just had to be He finished school in '57 Had been to look for a job when called on to heaven He didn't know then that soon he would be On a job with Jesus eternally. We know he is happy with Jesus up there. For now he is free from all toil and care. We will love you Dear James, but no more will we grieve, For soon we'll meet you if only we'll believe. This God has promised the One who knows best, And soon we'll all meet you, in your Haven of Rest. Shirley Anderson JAMES ANDERSON Graduate of '57

Princnnalis Message 1958 finds America engrossed in the problem of the urgent need for more scientists in order that we might offset Russia's new spurt in the field of space travel. America has grown suddenly very science conscious and we are searching our educational system to find the answer to supply the need of instruction in this field. Too often in the face of emergency such as this, people permit themselves to be shoved overboard on one side of an issue without ever stoppingtoTl-IINK. I believe we are facing this critical situ- ation now. As students today you need to be leaming to think critically more than you need to leam history or mathematics. Our world is constantly changing and we must be willing to think through the prob- lems we face. Learn to think with- out confusion or malice. Learn to think with sincerity. Most of all learn to think with love. But now abideth faith, hope, love, these three, and the greatest of these is love. 1 Cor. 13:13. C. W. AS WELL
