The girls proved their athletic' ability by playing in G.A.A. Jackie Wfay had the honor of winning first place in the district in a debate sponsored bv the Knights of Columbus. The topic of the debate was Should Eighteen Year Olds Vote? The 'uniors had six members on the student Council. Jerry Melievitt was the seeretarv-treasurer of .l the student body. Other Juniors on the eouneil were Darlene Miller, Yvonne Beale, Peg Lowrv, Susan Orr, and Barbara Young. The class held their prom in the spring and it was well attended. The juniors can look forward to an eventful senior year.
