The members of the class in the Quincy Scholarship Federation were Sandra Fitch, Kathryn Ferguson, Kathleen Sterret, and Geoffrey Harmer. The class elected Donna Moore as their princess candidate, and Kathryn Griffin as Vice-President of the Junior High School Student Body. Stites. niflTH GRADE The ninth grade was well represented in all fields of endeavor. Tanis Train was the ninth grade Home-coming prince ss candidate. Many freshman boys were active in sports. The Junior High yell leaders, Charlene Stewart, Joan Cotter, and Shirley Coleman, were all from the ninth grade. Georgia Barnes and Shirley Coleman were representatives appointed to represent the Junior High on the Senior High council. Shirley Coleman was also elected to the County Council. This class was well represented in sports, and had the honor of having the first Home-coming princess chosen from their class, Carlita Jeskey.
