QUINCY VOC-TECH What did it mean to grow up? This quizzical question was answered in a variety of ways. Our peculiar and queer habits identified us as in- dividuals rather than outcasts. Then our Junior High years were truncated when the school committee expanded the three years of high school into a quartet of years. Thus we arrived here as quiet freshmen. The class of 86 was not quiuerish nor did the upperclassmen quash us. We were not quiescent for tong. We are all distinct individuals and we owe a great deal to our education in the Quincy school system. The past 12 years have been a quest for the document that we will soon receive. Throughout these years we had many quirks but we kept going, we weren't quitters. How we are on our f own. we are entering the f world with some great f memories of our f years in the Quin- f 'r- cy School System. M f -

QCIINCY HIGH We are graduating now from Quincy High. We've had a large quantity of great times in Quincy. We know that our school years are quickly becoming memories. There's no question that we'll miss some of the good times that we've had. The class of 86 has an in- finite number of qualities and we will all reach our goals in the future. In our future we will always remember various parts of our school years. Those quaint years in elemen- tary school. Our intelligence which had previously lain quietly within ourselves was brought out by our teachers. Our potential was unlimited; our imagina- tion allowed us to be quixotic and reach for the unreachable. In Junior High, we quickly realized our limitations. We grew out of our neighborhoods and into the city. Quincy was our city and we f were the crowd. We were f questioned about our f responsibilities. f V'
