Then spring came. We built a feeding tray for our feathered friends, and took walks around our schoolyard looking for birds. We colored outline pictures to look just as the real bird does. We talked about how birds nests were made, as well as the color and shape of their eggs. In this way we learned to know and love them. Then our hurrying feet were again heard 'echoing through the halls as we anxiously left our room,sm111ng at the thoughts of the many worthwhile experiences we had enjoyed together, and of the many more good times we would have after our happy vacation days are over. aeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Leland H.--HI dug this hole where I was told to, and be- gan to put the dirt back likc'I was supposed to.
