Page Eighteen Dr. Herbert E. Babb As Dean of the College, Dr. Herbert E. Babb is responsible for overseeing the curriculum policies, executing the scholarship funds, recruiting faculty members, and coordinating the entire academic pro- gram. Under his competent leadership and guidance, the college community works to carry out its central purpose of making Queens graduates liberally edu- cated persons. Mrs. Ann S. Gebhardt In her role as Dean of Students, Mrs. Ann Gebhardt endlessly seeks ways to help each student find herself as an individual and adjust to the complexities of group life. Her willingness to cooperate and her genuine concern for every girl at Queens has made her an integral part of the Queens spirit. Mrs. Geb- hardt's vibrant personality sets a standard of woman- hood toward which each of us strives.
