l and the Faculty carefully have prepared plans so that each successive step in the future development of the College will lead forward to the completed whole. It will not be a haphazard building program, a jumble of hurried undertakings, which will not fit together. It is rather the building into a master plan where the college of tomorrow will rise slowly as the arches of a cathedral. The Greater Queens must be a cooperative undertaking. Many hands will build through many years. No part, how- ever small, will be unimportant. The larger program will only be successful as every student who enters the College catches up the spirit of Queens and enters with enthu- siasm into the dreams.
