Take Mr. Whiteheadg he is State Chairman of the Na- tional Band Association and manages to keep in touch with band leaders throughout the state. And Mr. Drake, do you ever go home? He manages to keep up with his regular duties as well as to find time to take aspiring musicians to Fredericksburg. Both work with the elementary school band and orchestra groups, too.
