REUNIUN OF THE CLASS 0F i952 A gala reunion of the class of i952 was recently held at Harry Lee Hall. lt seems to your reporter that the students who graduated from Quantico PostHigh School in i952 have really done very well for themselves. Murray Sanford, a wealthy retired merchant, flew from his home on South Pacific island of Toka Waka to attend this affair. As I look around the room I see Kathern Watson who is now a medical sec- retary to the president of Mayo Clinic. Also pursuing a medical profession is Patricia Painterwho is the chief physical therapist at the Georgia Warm Springs Foundation. Thomas Kilday is doing very well for himself as a civil engineer. Also work- ing as a civil engineer is Charles Falkner who is employed by the Dravo Corpo- ration in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We find that Betty Lou Anderson is still working in the literary field as she is now the editor of the great New York Times. Another familiar face is that of Shirley Hupfer who is a top model of the Barbizon Modeling Agency of New York City. Also living in New York is Betty Barnette whbis secretary to John D. Rocke- feller, Jr. Among those attending the reunion is Robert Call who recently acquired fame as the electronics engineer on the first rocket ship into outer space. Seen talking with the former students of his class is Mr. Louis Biskup Wl'10 came with his wife and daughters. Mr. Biskup is now coach of the Cl'IGmpi0I1Sl1ip basketball team at Madison Square Garden. It was gratifying to learn that each member of the Class of 1952 is SUCCeSSfUl in his chosen field. 12
